If you are not completely satisfied with your pureWash laundry system, we make it easy for you to return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange of your choice. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a full refund, your pureWash must be unused or lightly used without any cosmetic damage. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the order number of your purchase from www.pure-water-plumbing.com. If you need assistance locating your order number, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily assist you.
You must first obtain an RMA number before returning your pureWash. Please email email@example.com with your name and order number. We will respond with an RMA number within two business days.
For return shipping, you may choose to pay for shipping yourself or use the supplied shipping label provided in the RMA email. If you use our provided shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Items not in their original condition with damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, will be issued a partial refund at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be applied to your credit card used in the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
